Cancellation Policy

We appreciate the trust and loyality that you have shown by doing business with Nourishing Herbs Limited and we are committed to offer best service and satisfaction from our end. In the event of Cancellation of order please contact our customer service number as soon as possible, to stop the order from being dispatched, so as to get the full refund. If the order has been dispatched then we will have to wait till we receive the order back from you to initiate the refund process. Once we have got the order back, the refund will be actioned, for all the unopened boxes without postage and packaging in the next 07-15 business days, in your account. If you have cancelled the order before it has been dispatch then you are entitled to get full refund with in 07-15 business days from the time the order has been cancelled.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days from the day on which the goods came into your physical possession. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the goods came into your physical possession. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, by contacting us at Nourishing Herbs Limited Monday to Friday(9am to 6Pm) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post fax or email). You may also use the cancellation form, which is enclosed in your dispatch order, but it is not obligatory.
